Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data from Aqwa Soft, how long it takes, and what gets deleted.

How to request deletion

You can request deletion in one of two ways:

• By email: send a request to aqwasoft26@gmail.com from your registered email, stating the mobile number linked to your account.
• Via WhatsApp: send the phrase "delete my data" (or «حذف بياناتي») to our official WhatsApp number from the same number whose data should be deleted: 967000000000.

We may ask you to confirm ownership of the number or account before proceeding, to protect your data.

Time to process

We acknowledge your request promptly and usually complete deletion within a maximum of 30 days of confirming the request.

What is deleted

We delete the personal data linked to your account — including name, mobile number, email and stored verification messages — from our operational systems.

What may remain

We may keep a minimum of records that the law requires us to retain, or anonymised data that can no longer be linked to you, only for the period required by law.
