Who we are

Aqwa Soft | أقوى سوفت is a software company based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; our official website is aqwasoft.com. We are the data controller responsible for the information described below.

Data we collect

• Name, mobile number and email address.
• Data you enter into our services and platforms.
• Your WhatsApp number, the message text and its timestamp during verification (see below).
• Limited technical data to run the site and measure performance (see "Cookies").

WhatsApp and number verification

Our Aqwa Whats platform (whats.aqwasoft.com) uses the WhatsApp Business Platform (WhatsApp Cloud API) provided by Meta to verify the phone numbers of users of Aqwa Soft projects and to reply to them.

To verify, the user sends a message containing a verification code from WhatsApp to our official WhatsApp number. We then receive the sender's number, the message text and its timestamp, and we use this information only to confirm ownership of the number and to reply to the request. We never send marketing messages over WhatsApp without your prior explicit consent.

Purpose and retention

We use your data to provide and operate our services, verify numbers, respond to requests and support, improve product quality, and meet legal obligations. We keep data for as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers necessary to run our services — such as Meta (for WhatsApp) and our hosting provider — and only to the extent required, or when there is a lawful request from a competent authority.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and restricted access, to limit unauthorised access to, alteration of, or disclosure of your data.

Your rights
